The children in Caherea really enjoy playing soccer at lunch breaks and we get involved in soccer tournaments organised by the FAI. The participation-only futsal blitz was a great tournament to include everyone in soccer and has been enjoyed by our girls’ and boys’ teams. The Primary 5-a-side Games is a competition that our pupils look forward to and did very well to get past the first round in recent years. Well done to everyone who takes part!
